What is your wellness philosophy?

Wellness is a highly personal and individual concept that can differ from person to person. For some, indulging in a delicious dessert can provide a sense of peace and satisfaction, while others may find joy and fulfilment in a strenuous hike in the hills. For me, living a healthy and happy life without feeling guilty is key. I believe in the power of moderation and balance, and strive to incorporate this philosophy into all aspects of my life. This means nourishing my body with healthy and nutritious foods, while also allowing myself the occasional treat or indulgence. It also means making time for physical activity and self-care, while also ensuring that I prioritize rest and relaxation when needed. Ultimately, my goal is to maintain a sense of overall well-being and happiness, while also recognizing that this looks different for everyone. By focusing on what works best for me and listening to my body’s needs, I am able to live a fulfilling and satisfying life, both physically and emotionally.

Your success mantra?

It’s important to remember that it’s never too late to explore new opportunities and try something new in life. Often, we may feel stuck in our routines or hesitant to step outside of our comfort zones, but it’s important to recognize that growth and personal development can come from taking risks and trying new things. Whether it’s starting a new hobby, pursuing an alternative career path, or travelling to a new destination, every new experience has the potential to bring new insights, growth, and fulfilment into our lives. It’s never too late to embrace change, challenge ourselves, and push our boundaries in pursuit of personal growth and happiness. By staying open-minded, curious, and willing to take risks, we can continue to learn, grow, and develop throughout our lives, no matter what age or stage of life we may be in.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

A lesson I learned from making a mistake is the importance of staying true to myself and trusting my instincts. In the past, I made the mistake of getting too caught up in other people’s criticisms and comments, which caused me to lose sight of my own desires and goals. I now realize that it’s crucial to take the time to understand myself and my values, and to listen to my own inner voice. Ultimately, only I know what is best for me, and it’s up to me to make decisions that align with my own priorities and aspirations.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

My advice to all the women out there is to not limit yourself by playing the “woman card” or victimizing yourself. Although there are many obstacles and barriers to break, it is important to rise above gender biases by constantly learning and unlearning things. Don’t let society’s expectations hold you back from achieving your goals and pursuing your passions. Believe in yourself, be confident, and strive for success.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

I’m very proud that I was recognised as a Top Digital Influencer in India by Forbes India. I aspire to achieve more and build a better world for the younger generation.
