With the launch of the bean-to-bar format in The Blue Gourmet, and a smashing new menu at Deli by The Blue, there is a theatre of flavours waiting to serenade your senses the moment you come here. Here is a warm and welcoming buzzy café with an extended menu that brims with freshly baked delights in creative takes with leavened dough.

Rahul Bajaj, Founder, Deli by the Blue, dips into the sustainable, local, organic ingredients to come up with lipsmacking creations that create a delicious French rendezvous.

The fresh and flaky cruffins glide through flavours like vanilla custard, salted caramel and honeycomb, passion fruit and lime zest, bringing in a sweet start to your day with the organic latte. Tea lovers of the world unite in the wild cranberry hibiscus black iced tea and the lemon matcha iced tea. Then there are fist-sized muffins, caramel-rich sticky buns, cinnamon rolls zigzagged with icing, freshly prepared keto meals, head-spinning vegan cheese pizzas and goodie-packed organic vegan chocolate mousse. Bread fiends rave about the multi seed, gluten free bread (simply slater with jam or butter), babka and sourdough loaves.

Dig into a vegetable-speckled focaccia or a mean baguette that crackles when you snap off a heel to nibble on. Wrap up with moist, indulgent sugar darlings that woo in lip-curling biscoff dulce de leche, and Kahlua and Baileys mousse.
