Sunanda Maloo is the Lead Designer at Nornament Kolkata. Juggling between designing and motherhood, she dedicates her joyful spirit to capture emotion into jewels.

What is your wellness philosophy?

My wellness philosophy is living my happiest and healthiest. Our lifestyle consumes us, both physically and mentally. So, to keep the balance going, we need to make the right choices that support holistic health and wellness.

Your success mantra?

My success mantra is to always be curious, continuously acquire knowledge, and know that my potential to succeed is infinite.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

Mistakes are an inevitable part of life. It enables us to think and reflect on our actions. There is no right or wrong. All that is important is that we grow through to understand what we need and don’t need in our lives.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Advice to women would be to be financially independent and to love yourself so much that you only attract the level of love you feel for yourself.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

My biggest pride as a doyenne would be recognition in my field of work, being associated with Nornament working on my craft. My pride lies in the artistry and craftsmanship of my brand through the creation of value enriched timeless pieces we meticulously put together.
