What is your wellness philosophy?

I believe in holistic wellness, when your mind, body and spirit work in accordance with each other and are synced. Our body is interconnected, our physical body depends on our mental state. Your emotions make you what you are and that will reflect on your outer body. However, I believe that this is a continuous journey and not a destination.

Your success mantra?

You totally can.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

One of the lessons that I have learnt from making a mistake is that of not giving up. When you make a mistake you don’t start from scratch rather you start with an experience and because of that you get a head start.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Be driven, outgoing, persuasive and confident. Play to your strengths, be resilient, persistent and empathetic. You are capable of turning the world upside down with your caliber and power.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

My biggest pride as a doyenne is that of being in business with my husband. We make a great team. My pride comes from him being so supportive of me, of the work I do, the decisions I take. He truly recognises my potential and pushes me to strive for excellence which is a great morale booster. I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such men in my life.
