To not let wrong decisions deter you. Be accountable for your mistakes and move on.

Don’t be discouraged by setbacks and believe in yourself.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

The biggest pride for us is to be able to employ and empower women and encourage them to voice their opinions.
