1. You've been associated with many domains across 13 years of your experience. How did REVIV come into the grand picture?

REVIV’s wellness journey began in 2011 when four emergency room physicians with a combined 40 years of clinical experience came together with the common thought of bringing IV therapies to a spa-like setting. A year later in Miami Beach, USA, REVIV launched its first clinic and pioneered the elective IV hydration industry by establishing the world’s first exclusive IV medical spa. Following its success, Las Vegas became the next logical choice for REVIV.

Realizing that IV therapies were ideal for anyone pushing themselves to the limits both physically and mentally, REVIV launched clinics in the world’s financial capitals of New York, London and Hong Kong. We’ve quickly grown into the global leader in wellness IV therapies and vitamin injections and we continue to grow worldwide with the introduction of our first flagship clinic in India at Worli, Mumbai. Today, 5,00,000 therapies are carried out globally in 90+ locations across 30 countries with 250+ highly trained medical staff.

2. What are some of the most popular therapies amongst your clientele?

IV therapy is beneficial in many ways, regardless if we feel depleted or not, regular supplementation helps our bodies function more optimally. From helping you restore wellness following common ailments such as cold to fighting the signs of ageing with our master antioxidant Glutathione, our IV therapies replenish your hydration levels and deliver vitamins and nutrients with a 99.8% absorption rate, leaving you feeling rejuvenated. Our IV therapies can take as little as 20 minutes for a Vitaglow and 40 minutes for a Hydromax, Ultraviv, or Megaboost. Royal Flush typically takes about an hour.

3. What are some challenges you've had to face on the daily?

Since the concept is relatively new in India, client inquiries range from confirming whether a doctor’s consultation or blood work is required before deciding on therapy to determining who would execute it. Accompanying these queries are the most typical misconceptions that pose a challenge every day at the clinic!

? Isn’t IV therapy only for the unwell?

IV therapy is ideal for everyone and best used regularly to maintain and replenish hydration and vitamin levels. Regular supplementation helps our bodies function more optimally, regardless if you feel sick or not. ? Is it painful?

While the process may look complex, our professionals do it seamlessly! We recognise that everyone's fear of needles differs. We use a topical numbing agent and take great effort to make any discomfort close to negligible.

? Are these therapies safe?

Whilst all medical therapies carry some risk, REVIV clinics are led by highly qualified doctors adhering to stringent medical protocols and safety standards. All of our medical staff are licensed and trained paramedics/nurses with years of experience. REVIV has now conducted in excess of 500,000 therapies globally.

? How is my personal DNA data protected?

REVIV deploys the highest possible levels of data security to fully mitigate any risk of your DNA data being shared with anyone other than you. All physical samples are destroyed after the analysis is completed and no DNA data will be sold to third parties for additional revenue purposes.

As a result, having to regularly educate and reassure our clients with preconceived beliefs about these therapies, poses a significant difficulty. Customer safety has always been at the forefront of everything we do. The REVIV laboratory is certified to ISO 15189, one of very few laboratories in the world to achieve this standard. Due to the cutting-edge equipment and robust processes deployed within our laboratory, our genetic analysis output achieves the highest possible accuracy rating of 99.97%!

I should be content with every aspect of who I am, including how I look, how I act, who I am around, and everything in between. My approach is intentional and integrative. I believe that wellness is a daily commitment that requires self-awareness, consistency, and dedication.
