What is your wellness philosophy?

Wellness in my words is healthy-diet, keeping yourself free from disease, a healthy state of mind,for your happiness one must assure to work on every aspect of social, mental, physical wellness. My positive thoughts and healthy body with potential, guides me to new heights, I create my own path with joy and vision of manifestation.

Your success mantra?

We as a woman should always respect women, every woman is special, her daily fights in life,empathy, sympathy and compassion for her children, family, work makes her strong and beyond comparison. Supporting the good in others, employing strength, everyday mindfulness, paying gratitude to good things is a ritual and My mantra for all.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

One big lesson I have learnt in my life is one should respect Time. If you respect Time, it reciprocates in your life. Hammer the opportunity then and there itself.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Respect every woman. And over that, I respect myself, God’s beautiful creation- a woman where we have powers of yin- yang together with us. The power of Shiva-Shakti in us, a woman is a creator, preserver and sustainer. So many are there who have made their name in this world- Oprah Winfrey, Indira Gandhi, Kiran Bedi, P.T Usha, though the list is endless.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

Being a woman is my biggest pride and I respect my pride. My capacity and will to learn is my pride.
