What is your wellness philosophy?

Mindfulness and gratitude are the core pillars to my wellness. They help me with the power of self- awareness and self-acceptance. Practicing mindfulness brings in balance and makes me more resilient and enriches my efficiency. Meditation helps me dive deeper, helping me focus on my intention towards each day. Being in a profession that is performance-oriented and needs a lot of multi-tasking, it’s significant to stay grounded and mindfulness techniques allow me to focus on how I need to deal with the present situation.

Your success mantra?

I started my entrepreneurial journey by chance. Self-discipline, inclination to take up new challenges, ability to extemporize, and time management have played an important role in my journey. Coming from a middle-class family, with no idea of running a business it definitely needed a lot of dedication, grit to excel and achieve competency when there have already been big players in the industry.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

It is human nature to make mistakes. Failures, mistakes are an inevitable part of the journey for any entrepreneur. What is important is to overcome the setbacks and learn from your mistakes and discover new ways and means to accomplish your tasks. Learning from mistakes, I have realized that every time I have set new goals and ascertain that a backup plan is always in place.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

We all know the fact that women have a great sense of multi-tasking abilities. Managing work-life balance is important hence if they dive in and go with the flow, they can carve their future which can be full motivation and thereby empower themselves to be warriors.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

Traversing through tough times, setting up an all-woman team who are financially independent, advocating women to understand their supremacy and uncompromised philosophy since inception.
