What is your wellness philosophy?

The happier I am, the healthier I feel.

Our success mantra is our philosophy- offer the best products available in the world to your clients. We offer the best quality and never compromise on it.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

Something I’ve learned over the years is that we don’t have the ability to control all outcomes of all situations. I am the only thing I can control, so my overreaction to my mistakes is something I’ve learned to control.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

As a woman, we need to hold our opinions strong and lead by example but even we are entitled to our opinions as everyone is entitled to their opinions and their feelings. But never use those opinions to belittle people, especially other women because that is something that drags us down in our actions with one another.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

What brings me a lot of joy in what we have the ability to do in Reign Studio, giving people training and employing them to make a livelihood for themselves and that is what I am really proud of.
