Prasanna Vasanadu is the Founder of Tikitoro, a mindfully created brand with nature-derived, toxin-free ingredients products which are safe for the ever-changing sensitive skin of kids & teen personal care.

What is your wellness philosophy?

My personal wellness philosophy centers around listening to my body and finding a balance in everything. I believe that it’s important to pay attention to the signals our bodies send us and to honor those signals by taking care of ourselves both physically and mentally. Moderation is also key for me. I don’t believe in depriving myself of the things I enjoy, but I also know when to dial back and practice self-discipline. This approach has helped me maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Overall, my philosophy is rooted in the idea that wellness is a journey, and it’s important to prioritize self-care in order to live a fulfilling and happy life.

Your success mantra?

My success mantra is to maintain an attitude of gratitude towards everything. I believe that practicing gratitude helps me stay positive and focused on the good things in life, even in difficult situations By cultivating a grateful mindset, I am able to approach challenges with a sense of optimism and resilience, which has been a key factor in my personal and professional success. I truly believe that there is a silver lining in almost all situations, and by focusing on the positives, I am able to stay motivated and keep pushing forward. So, my advice to others is to embrace gratitude as a daily practice and see how it can transform your outlook on life.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

As the founder of Tikitoro & as a person, I have made my fair share of mistakes along the way. However, I’ve learned that the most important lesson from any mistake is to take responsibility for it and use it as an opportunity to learn and grow.

When a mistake happens, it’s important to resist the urge to dwell on the past and instead focus on what we can do moving forward. We can’t change what’s already happened, so the best course of action is to reflect on what went wrong, identify what we can learn from it, and start taking necessary corrective actions immediately.

By adopting this approach, we can turn a negative experience into a positive one, and use the lessons we’ve learned to improve ourselves and our businesses in the future. So, my advice to anyone who has made a mistake is to embrace it as an opportunity to grow and improve, and to keep moving forward with a positive and proactive mindset.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

So, my advice is to make a conscious effort to embrace your unique qualities and strengths, and to focus on all the things that make you special. Repeat positive affirmations to yourself daily, reminding yourself that you are good enough just as you are.

So, my advice is to prioritize self-love and acceptance as a daily practice, and watch how it can transform your life and relationships. Remember, you are worthy of love and respect, and you deserve to live your life to the fullest.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

As the founder of Tikitoro, my biggest pride as a doyenne is the love and acceptance we’ve received from our customers. We worked tirelessly to curate a range of clean, safe, yet efficacious products for kids and teens, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see our vision come to life and be embraced by our customers.
