Celebrating the Doyenne: Eshanka Wahi

“For most of history, Anonymous was a woman.” ~ Virginia Woolf. On this International Women’s Day, GlobalSpa recognizes and celebrates the women in the industry as we delve into their success mantra they follow, mistakes that have helped them grow, and of course, their WELLNESS philosophy.

Eshanka Wahi is a beloved Wellness Advocate and Founder of “Eat Clean with Eshanka”. She is also the brainchild behind EWE – Reap23, a brand and event management company.

What is your wellness philosophy?

My wellness philosophy starts from eating clean and decoding gut health as per our bio-individuality. I believe that eating clean doesn’t need to be boring and I create a fun, exciting and delicious health journey for my clients.

Your success mantra?

To focus on ‘upgrading the normal’. I coach in recreating the concept of normal by constantly pushing to upgrade it.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

To never ignore your gut voice. The gut is our inner compass, and always directs us. The goal is to believe in it and make voice louder as opposed to silencing it.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Eating clean is the highest form of self-respect. Starting with disciplining our own body’s inner work, everything after that follows. If you can control what you eat, you can control anything in the world. As women, we can achieve it all- it’s about being consistent and putting ourselves as priority.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

To be able to always follow my passion unapologetically. Also, being able to always support and empower other women, because real queens fix each other’s crowns.
