What is your wellness philosophy?

When we talk about wellness, the first thing that comes to mind is physical health, but mental health is more important as it can take care of physical health too. So, one needs to balance both mental and physical wellness. Wellness must be holistic and overall.

Your success mantra?

My success mantra is “Self-belief.” Also, constant self-introspection and improvisation of your skills and talents are what I believe in.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

Mistakes are a part of life, and we need to make them at times so that we rise from there to create something different and become a better version of ourselves. Over the years, I have learned various lessons through my mistakes, like never giving up, being patient, and being kind to myself.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Be persistent in what you do, manage your time and self, and there will be no looking back.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

My most considerable pride is when I can do something when others have failed.
