Split ends can make your hair appear dry and damaged, so it’s important to trim them every six to eight weeks. Another important aspect of hair care is protecting it from the sun and other environmental factors. Consider using a hair oil or hair serum before going out in the sun, or wear a hat or scarf to protect your hair.

Body care: As moisturising should be done regularly, it’s also important to exfoliate your skin often to remove dead skin cells and reveal smoother brighter skin. You can use a gentle body scrub or a loofah to exfoliate your skin in the shower. Another great way to care for your body is by taking regular baths or showers with lukewarm water, as hot water can dry out your skin. You can also add perfume or mists to your routine that will make you feel refreshed throughout the day.

Hair and skin supplements: Taking supplements such as biotin, vitamins C and E, and omega-3 fatty acids can also help promote healthy hair and skin. Dates are a good source of vitamins and minerals. Date seed is rich in omega fatty acids that nourish the scalp and roots. It helps strengthen hair follicles and clarify blocked roots. It helps tackle hair fall /loss, and scalp build-ups and gives shine to dull, weak hair.
