What is your wellness philosophy?
As a woman, I believe that wellness is not just about physical health, but also encompasses mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. For me, taking care of myself means making conscious choices that honor my body and mind. This involves eating whole, nutritious foods, engaging in regular physical activity, and getting enough sleep to allow my body to recharge.
But wellness also means nurturing my inner world. I prioritize self-reflection and mindfulness practices to stay grounded and connected to my inner voice. I make time for hobbies and passions that bring me joy and allow me to express myself creatively. I also value meaningful relationships and prioritize spending time with loved ones.
Lastly, I recognize the importance of giving back to the world around me. Whether it's through volunteer work, community involvement, or simply practicing kindness and empathy towards others, I believe that our personal wellness is intertwined with the wellbeing of the broader community.
Your success mantra?
My success mantra is rooted in understanding the needs and demands of our target audience and developing solutions to meet them. As the founder of Protouch, I believe that analyzing customer demands and identifying market issues are crucial to running a successful business.
We strive to connect with our consumers in a way that is meaningful and relatable to them. This involves understanding their language, culture, and lifestyle. We believe that community building activities and engaging with our customers is key to building long-lasting relationships.
To be successful in today's fast-paced and self-conscious world, we recognize the importance of staying up-to-date in the beauty industry with emerging trends and technologies. We make it a priority to stay informed and adapt quickly to changes in the market.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?
As a woman entrepreneur who founded a brand that creates technical devices for at-home skincare and spa-like treatments, I learned the hard way that not researching the market requirements thoroughly can be a costly mistake.
Early on in my business journey, I assumed certain consumer behaviors for high-tech skincare devices without thoroughly analyzing the market demand. However, I quickly realized that this wasn't the case. I had misjudged what consumers were willing to spend on these types of products, and as a result, we struggled to gain traction in the market.
This mistake taught me the importance of thoroughly researching the market demand and understanding consumer behavior before launching any new products. Now, we take the time to conduct extensive market research and gather feedback from our target audience before launching any new products. This has allowed us to develop products that align with our customers' needs and preferences, which has ultimately led to greater success and growth for our business.
Any piece of advice for all the women out there?
Resonating to what it's like being a woman and entrepreneur, I know first-hand the demands that come with running a business. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and forget to take care of ourselves. That's why I cannot stress enough the importance of self-care.Make it a priority to carve out time for activities that bring you peace and relaxation. For me, practicing yoga and meditation have been game-changers for managing stress and staying centered. But self-care can take many forms, so experiment and find what works best for you. Whatever it is, make sure it's something that replenishes your energy and leaves you feeling recharged.
Remember, taking care of yourself isn't a luxury - it's a necessity for your health, wellbeing, and ultimately, the success of your business. So, don't neglect your self-care routine, and make it a non-negotiable part of your daily schedule.
What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?
As a woman entrepreneur of a brand that creates innovative skincare and spa-like treatment devices for home use, my biggest pride has been in empowering people to take control of their own beauty and wellness routines.
I believe that self-care is not a luxury but a fundamental aspect of overall health and wellbeing. With our devices, we aim to provide accessible and effective solutions that allow people to indulge in spa-like treatments in the comfort of their own homes.
Seeing the positive impact of our devices have had on people's lives, from boosting confidence to alleviating stress, has been incredibly rewarding. Knowing that we are helping people prioritize their self-care and make it a daily habit is truly fulfilling.
Furthermore, being a woman entrepreneur in a male-dominated industry has been a point of pride for me. I have had the opportunity to break barriers and prove that women can be just as successful and innovative in the tech industry. It is my hope that my journey will inspire other women to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams and make their mark in their respective fields.
