What is your wellness philosophy?

My wellness philosophy lies in living a balanced life and working from the inside out. Nowadays many people live on pills, supplements etc but I firmly believe that true healing and feeling of wellness comes from inside, with what we have already got.

Your success mantra?

My success mantra is my belief in me because I am the one who can change my thinking from negative to positive. There is no defined success spell, so if you desire something worked towards it with full faith and honesty. Initially, you might face some failures but towards the end, there is always light at the end of every tunnel.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

I’ve grown to ask for support when I’ve made mistakes in the past. I’ve discovered that it’s much easier to seek clarity and fix a problem right away than to be unsure. Every project’s most critical and integral component is teamwork, and all members of the team should be in continuous contact with one another.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

My advice to all women would just believe in yourself, be your own biggest cheerleader, and love yourself. We women have a tendency to keep ourselves at the backend but it’s time to show the world that what we all are capable of and we can also be the frontier fighters.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

Our Indian culture as the whole world knows is so enriched and fertile. I have my own private group with the name of Sanskriti Parivar where we women celebrate the different festivities and culture of India. My biggest pride is that thinking about women I recently hosted a Women Achievers Award with the name “ HER KA HUNAR ” where the women entrepreneurs in different categories were felicitated and appraised for their contribution in society. My motive was to gain respect for women not because of their gender, but for their own identity.
