Megha Asher is the co-founder of Juicy Chemistry- an Ecocert-certified organic and natural personal care brand, & Color Chemistry-an Ecocert certified organic color cosmetics range brand that combines performance, pigment, and skin-loving ingredients.

What is your wellness philosophy?

That less is more, and it’s always better to keep things simple. We often tend to overdo it with our beauty and wellness routine. When things are simple and minimal, it’s easier to identify what’s working for you and what isn’t, and it’s also easier to stay consistent!

Your success mantra?

Work hard, do your research, and stay grounded. Research is the key to ensuring whatever you’re doing, you’re doing well. There’s of course, no success without hard work, and for continued success, you need to stay grounded and be aware of what’s really happening in the industry and at work.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

To know when to give up, and when not to! The never-give-up attitude is a must-have for any entrepreneur, but sometimes you need to learn when to take a step back and not make things a prestige issue.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Your gender doesn’t define you, and never will. Once you truly believe this, there’s no stopping you!

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

To create products that have made a difference. All the positive feedback we’ve received at Juicy Chemistry and Color Chemistry is truly what keeps me going.
