Mansi Gambhir is the founder of The Gusto Bags, a brand which focuses on providing zeal and enthusiasm to their customers with their wide range of bags. They work to make their customers’ lives simpler and more organised by offering useful products, such as handbags, laptop bags, workplace accessories, and more.

What is your wellness philosophy?

To me, wellness is the integration of bodily and mental well-being. Our body is our first temple, and it must be treated well in all areas of life, including work-life balance, nutrition, inner strength, and so on. My wellness goal is to have a healthy body, a healthy mind, and a healthy spirit, so I work out, meditate with Gurbani, and eat well.

Your success mantra?

There is no defined mantra for success; my perspective is on enjoying the path and making every day meaningful, which ultimately makes you happy inside out. Interacting with customers and understanding their needs, brainstorming solutions, and putting them into action is my formula for a happy end to a day/season, which I have found to be effective in achieving corporate and personal goals.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

providing insight that no book can provide. A hard lesson learned the hard way goes a long way, and in my situation, that lesson is not to repeat past mistakes.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Women are born multi-taskers and super managers who successfully manage family and job.

Management is something that comes easily to women, and I would advise all women to recognize this gift and apply their skills to execution. The sky’s the limit if they become courageous and pursue their goals.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

Courage to dream and work hard to achieve them, while also ensuring that the journey is beautiful and motivates me and my team to strive for higher goals.

My greatest source of pride is our clients, who help us become better versions of ourselves. Customer satisfaction and feedback are extremely essential to me, and we are constantly striving for it.
