Mansi Dalal is the founder of Serein Decor, an immersive experience of life that has curated, handcrafted tableware, home decor and lifestyle pieces which delivers exacting quality and refinement, and will leave you inspired and intentful.

What is your wellness philosophy?

My wellness philosophy is fairly simple and is intrinsic to who I am: I aim to thrive, instead of just existing or being enslaved by routine. I consciously work on building a life that is purposeful, that has meaning and that is compassionate.

Your success mantra?

A good success mantra must be applicable to every situation instead of just a vertical. My mantra is to be self-aware and be persistent with self-care. Everything I do and create is an extension of that.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

Typically brands create content from a marketing point of view, but I realised this standard practice jarred with the ethos of my brand. Breaking the norm and shifting to conscious and human content not only did wonders for my brand, it also helped me connect with and better understand my customers.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

I’d like to give all women the same advice I give myself every single day: Create and live for the purpose you believe in, without being hesitant about its outcome. There is more to the abundance mindset than just sales figures.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

Most of us tend to be highly self-critical, so taking the time to express pride in yourself is important. I’m proud of being someone who has fought for her dreams.
