Jessica Bedi, Roshni Nath (both handling India market management), Anaika Chopra (handling UK management) are the women behind Skull X, award-winning, family-run alcoholic beverage company with the finest beverages for any consumer.

What is your wellness philosophy?

Our wellness philosophy is focused on balance, balancing all significant elements of our lives, a big part of which is working alongside other essential elements such as family and friendships. We work closely between both our London and Delhi headquarters, which allows us to be well connected with one another, which keeps us motivated and broadens our perspectives.

Your success mantra?

Our success mantra is centred around perseverance as we all wholeheartedly believe in our brand but in such a competitive industry, perseverance is key for success and our core ethos of wellbeing is central in all daily operations.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

We’ve made many mistakes from the conception of the brand in 2010, all of which have taught us a great deal, the most significant lesson being the importance of re-evaluating a decision if it isn’t working or suited. We are laser-focused on ensuring our products are upheld to the highest standards and we are willing to reconsider decisions made so that the final product and brand is perfect for our consumers.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

The best piece of advice we can give to any women is that the journey taken to reach one’s goal is far more important than the time it took. Walking a path of integrity and growth is more fruitful than maintaining a deadline.
