10 Interesting Chef Hacks that’ll Change your Cooking Style

How about we turn those tiny tasks easier and less time consuming than ever? Check out these 10 interesting and easy cooking hacks, straight from Chef Neeraj Tyagi – Director of Culinary.

1.) MELT CHOCOLATE: Hairdryer can be used for a smooth melted chocolate.

2.) STORE FRUITS & OTHER LEFTOVERS: Clean hair caps can be used to wrap fruits and left over food.

3.) PEEL BOILED EGG: Fill a lidded container with hard boiled eggs and shake, until the egg shells fall off.

4.) MORE JUICE EXTRACTION: Keep refrigerated fruits and lemon, in microwave for 15-20 seconds before squeezing to extract more juice.

5.) EASY WAY TO FROTH MILK: Pour Milk in an empty jam bottle halfway, shake the jar with the lid on and keep in microwave for 30 seconds to create froth for cappuccino.

6.) REMOVE CORN FROM COB: Place pointed end of Corn Cob on a Bundt Pan and slice off corn using knife.

7.) SEPARATE FAT FROM STOCK: Wrap Ice cube in Paper towel, and gently rub on Stock /Soup to separate fat.

8.) REMOVE YOLK FROM EGG: Crack an egg and place in a bowl. Squeeze an empty plastic bottle on the egg and then inflate it to get the yolk in the bottle.

9.) DRAW OUT CHERRY SEEDS: Place cherry on beer bottle and put a chopstick in between, to have a seedless cherry.

10.) PEEL CITRUS FRUITS: Microwave for 15-20 seconds for peeling easily.
