The elaborate menu includes starters fit for both vegetarians and meat-lovers, including cig köfte, börek with feta cheese, carrot, courgetti and walnuts, icli köfte, halloumi mixed leaf salad, made-to-order two cheese pide, and çaġ kebap with wagyu beef and lamb.

For the main course, guests can select from a choice of delightful dishes including grilled sea bass and zeytinyagli pirasa, succulent adana kebap, marinated baby chicken, and keskek made with barley risotto and truffle butter. To end the meal on a sweet note, a selection of Anatolian desserts will be served with Ramadan quenchers, coffee, and a variety of tea flavours.
