On people’s front, the logistics of the entire farms will be managed by the farmers at Earth Collective. From growing the produce to tending to your farm operations, security, managing adverse natural factors, and more, the full-time farmers will give their time, knowledge, and hard work. In return, your influence, networks, and expertise to support the village could help create the ideal village – the “Aadarsh Gram”.

1. 200 plantations of 3-year old Burma Teak plants would grow on your farm. These plants come from tissue culture of mother plants and in 8-10 years grow into robust trees with about 12 Cu Ft of heartwood.
