What is your wellness philosophy?
My Wellness philosophy is very simple. Whenever I make lifestyle choices, I try to be aware of what works for me & what does not. Eating the right meals is something I really consider important. My "me time" is also a huge part of my wellness routine. I take short breaks & spend quality time by myself. It just rejuvenates the mind & body and helps me keep my sanity in a hectic Mumbai lifestyle.
Your success mantra?
Do good work. Let your work speak for you. And don't forget to maintain your ethics. Growth just follows!
A lesson you learned from making a mistake?
I just believe that women are one of the strongest species there are. An empowered woman has the strength to achieve anything and everything she wants. But I also believe that women have to empower themselves & each other to reach great heights. Waiting for validation is only going to delay the process & probably not yield the results that would come if women just followed the strength of their own instincts.
What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?
I take pride in my entire journey of 15 years in my career. There have been ups & downs, sleepless nights, growth phases, roller coaster rides but I feel it was all worth it and at this moment when I look back at my 17-year-old self when I started my journey, all I have is gratitude. I am grateful that I took the first step, and the rest just followed.
