What is your wellness philosophy?

My wellness philosophy is Eating Clean, Sleeping Well, Training Regularly and being Emotionally Balanced.

Your success mantra?

Being passionate about what you do will truly make you thrive.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

Health and fitness was not always a way of life for me. Like most people, I was oblivious to the concept of what being healthy and feeling healthy actually meant.

My stint with health and wellbeing started in 2016 when I was a student in London. My mindless and unhealthy eating habits led to PCOD – a syndrome common in most women. This further accelerated a domino effect with issues like excessive weight gain, poor skin, hormonal imbalances, etc.

This was my starting point for a complete lifestyle makeover. I educated myself about healthy eating and started my fitness training to achieve an improved lifestyle.

That is how I learnt the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and why one should never take their health for granted.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Always take care of your gut & hormones to stay healthy, mentally and physically. Carve out time daily to reduce stress, to maintain your mental peace and stay emotionally well.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

Helping my clients navigate their health concerns through food, assisting them with the right tools to achieve their optimum health levels and live happier, healthier lives as the best versions of themselves is my biggest pride and greatest achievement yet.
