What is your wellness philosophy?
Long, long walks.
Freshly brewed filter coffee.
Finding that little spot to peacefully read.
Journaling.
I top up all of the above with my favourite music collection.
Your success mantra?
I get things done.
A lesson you learned from making a mistake?
I learnt to stop saying yes all the time. Saying no is a hard choice, it's tough to live with that choice as it will more often than not lead you on the road less travelled, more treacherous and unknown. Scary even. But it's also100% right for you.
I consciously decided to practice the subtle art of saying no in those little daily moments . It's scary and tempting to revert into a yes but I do it anyway, bravely!
Any piece of advice for all the women out there?
You are you, uniquely so, beautifully so. Judge yourself a little less today, love yourself a little more today, pamper yourself with lesser guilt today, make that me time by prioritising your needs today. You are not being selfish, you are just gracefully truly valuing the greatest gift - you.
