Prachi Bhandari is the Co-Founder & Head of Research, Development & Training at Aminu Skincare- a brand with products that are natural, effective, safe and sustainable by utilizing the best ingredients and adopting path breaking technology.
What is your wellness philosophy?
It’s a path to reconnect with the universe, realign your energy, and release limitations. Wellness is a state of mind – body – soul, a choice, a way of living, and a conscious responsibility for me. It touches on all aspects of our lives. It’s simple, joyful, achievable, effective and w-holistic!
Your success mantra?
Accept, Adapt and Achieve. I am a lifelong student. I say yes I can to every puzzle that life throws at me and then work to make it happen! I’m obsessed with learning about everything and especially about ingredients, science and our customer’s expectations. I want to know what they want; how they feel; what are they looking for and then make it a reality.
A lesson you learned from making a mistake?
Even at the cost of sounding philosophical, I must say I feel there is no right or wrong. We are all made up of the choices we make every day. Constantly taking feedback, correcting my course, and showing up every day is how I learn and grow. Every day I tell myself and my husband (who is also my co-founder), “all those things that you’re worried about aren’t always important. You’re going to be okay. Better than okay. You’re going to be great. Spend less time tearing yourself apart, worrying if you’re good enough”
Any piece of advice for all the women out there?
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. So just keep going & do common things uncommonly well!
What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?
Aminu has allowed me to create my own original formulas and, through that, create a positive real-world impact and realise my dream of being an innovator, and a creator, in the true sense.
