Pavitra Rao is the Co-Founder of WaterScience, and manages Marketing & Offline Retail. She believes WaterScience is solving an important problem for India and is excited about being the category creator.

What is your wellness philosophy?

I take a few minutes out of every day to relax. It could be a short or a long walk, it could be a few minutes spent meditating or it could be a relaxing shower! But those few minutes help center me and be more focused on my day.

Your success mantra?

Do the right thing always, and success will eventually be yours. Be grateful for the successes you have had so far, while keeping your eye on the next goal.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

It’s better to start and course-correct than it is to wait for things to be perfect before starting. This requires a balance and I am still learning!

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

People are far more willing to help and support – don’t be afraid to ask 🙂

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

I look at both my past accomplishments and failures with pride- they have brought me to where I am today.
