Akanksha Chaudhary is the Assistant Director – Marketing & Sales at JSM Corporation Pvt Ltd.

What is your wellness philosophy?

Work hard (mentally and physically) and party much harder! And while you’re at it, learn to destress; control your own reactions, maintain calm and live, life is too small to worry over petty issues!

Your success mantra?

The art of delegation that is fundamental to the growth of my team. One is as successful as one’s own team members, who’ll learn only when given a chance to make decisions / make mistakes.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

Nothing is permanent, move on and take more chances.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Never hesitate to voice out your ideas, you never know when you’ll stumble upon a golden goose. AND Network, Network, Network!

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

I am extremely proud of the step I took when I joined the Merchant Navy; it has taught me varied lessons, right from how fruitful risks can be to being the odd one out and accepting it as a challenge to prove myself and push my limits. I have learnt to always keep striving for more in this world that is governed by survival of the fittest and kindest.
