Kruthika Kumaran is the Founder of Vilvah Store, an all-natural skincare brand, which makes skin and hair products with the freshest ingredients available. Vilvah is a sustainable skincare model which predominantly helps make products consisting of goat’s milk, procured straight from Kruthika’s family farm.

What is your wellness philosophy?

For any entrepreneur who is always on a hustle, It’s very difficult to take the time out and focus on wellness. I am taking conscious efforts in where I need to focus my energy on, whom I need to spend my energy on. And the most important wellness philosophy which I would like to work on is cutting down my screen time.

Your success mantra?

Success is something which should be defined by you and don’t look for acknowledgements from outside. Even if you create a difference for 10 people around you, it’s a success. Some of the key attributes of success for anyone are Innovation and Passion with Purpose.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

It’s important to be authentically yourself, reflect who you are, own and celebrate that unique identity of yours and you don’t need to get carried away with the world around you.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

You are stronger than what you think. Believe in yourself. Keep that spirit high and Move forward.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

Entrepreneurship is definitely an empowering journey, knowing that I have empowered the livelihoods of hundreds of people working for us and making all the difference in the society through creating safe and sustainable products.
