BEAUTY&YOU, an initiative by The Estée Lauder Companies’ New Incubation Ventures in partnership with NYKAA, is all set to discover and support the next generation of Indian beauty entrepreneurs, innovators, and creators to promote the future stars of the Indian beauty industry. This pioneering non-equity grant program will open its doors to all aspiring beauty brands and creators, inviting them to apply for a chance to receive a roster of expert-led masterclasses which will offer rich and invaluable mentorship.

What is the BEAUTY&YOU Vision?

BEAUTY&YOU was established in 2022 as a dedicated platform to give back to the Indian beauty community and ignite the entrepreneurial spirit among the next generation of innovators. The vision behind this initiative is to become a leading catalyst, empowering entrepreneurship in the beauty industry. By providing educational, networking, and distribution opportunities, BEAUTY&YOU seeks to support the ambitions of founders and creators and help them grow their businesses holistically.

Successful experts, iconic founders, and creators from the global beauty and creative industries will conduct these masterclasses. BEAUTY&YOU 2023 is not just a competition, it’s an opportunity for aspiring beauty entrepreneurs to receive financial support, gain distribution access, and an understanding to holistically grow their brands by identifying brand goals, industry trends and curating product portfolios that speak to a new generation of Indian consumers. The prize pool is set up to 4 Crore or $500,000 and the winners of the program are expected to be announced on November 2nd, 2023.
