The engaging two-day retreat promises to immerse you in a holistic sojourn with yoga, meditation, satvik food, and practises such as nada meditation, journaling, mandala painting, hatha yoga, sound healing, and kindness meditation, among other activities.
Scheduled from January 12th-14th, 2024, this journey, aptly named ‘UNWIND’, will present a distinctive opportunity to pause, breathe in, and breathe out. The wellness retreat beckons you to immerse yourself in a moment of profound serenity—a time to rediscover and reconnect with your inner self. This experience will go beyond the ordinary, allowing you to find solace in serene surroundings and engage in mindful activities, providing a meaningful pause in your life's journey.

Sarvesh Shashi
Sarvesh Shashi is the brain behind Diva Yoga, a consumer health platform built on the authentic foundations of yoga that span all across India. He has also forged alliances with personalities like Kubbra Sait, Malaika Arora, and Jahnavi Kapoor, to name a few.
Jahnavi Patwardhan
Rooted in the wisdom of classical yoga and the dynamic energy of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Jahnavi Patwardhan’s teaching style weaves together tradition and innovation. With an RYT 500 certification, she specialises in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga, yoga therapy, face yoga, and prenatal yoga.
What to Expect from the Retreat
Your journey will begin on the first day with a refreshing and transformative agenda. You will be welcomed with a delicious lunch and a warm induction to set the tone for the days ahead. As the sun sets, the late afternoon will be dedicated to a hip-opening yoga session, which will act as a release for both your body and emotions. Following this, you will engage in an evening mindfulness meditation, refining the awareness of your body and mind. As the night unfolds, a unique experience awaits with Surya Tratak, a gazing technique to enhance eye health and relieve stress, which will be followed by dinner.
The second day will commence with the gentle embrace of the morning sun as you engage in a Nada meditation session, guiding you on an inward journey towards enlightenment. Post-meditation, you'll savour a detox tea, followed by a session of Hatha yoga and pranayama. In the late morning, you can choose between a spa or pottery session, allowing you to craft your day according to your preferences. You can also delve into other holistic activities like block printing, breath work, and Nyas Dhyan, which is a meditation technique to relieve daily stress and enhance vitality.
The final day of your retreat will begin at 7:00 am with a ‘Move, Breathe, Connect’ session led by Sarvesh Shashi, focusing on physical and emotional well-being and deepening your connection with your inner self.
