The chef has penned down the recipes she consumes as her daily diet for good health and healthy living - encouraging readers to embrace wellness through food.
Masterchef India winner and celebrity chef Shipra Khanna has penned down ingredients, recipes, benefits, and tips for good health in her latest volume “#HealthUnlimited.” The book explores how to lose weight without compromising on nutrition and taste. Be it detox, cleanse, dieting, or snacks, #HealthUnlimited provides a tasty and healthy example for each meal.
Divided into ingredients followed by recipes for a simple, easy-to-follow guide, #HealthUnlimited served as a magnified view into the chef’s daily diet that has worked for her over the years.
