The hotel takes on a timeless identity by shining again with the original interpretation of Toner Architects and Ottoman Art Expert Serdar Gülgün. The elegantly designed entrance of the redesigned hotel section bears traces of the palace gardens. Lattice columns, a dome-shaped ceiling, specially designed chandeliers, the floor paved with podima pebbles inspired by the garden of Topkapı Palace, and the marble ornamental fountain create a unique integrity. The magnificent hotel lobby meets with the splendour of burgundy tones in which Iznik ceramics inspired by the 16th and 17th Iznik tiles, flamboyant chandeliers inspired by Murano chandeliers, an octagonal sitting group that is frequently seen in the centre of very large palace halls, adorned with turtle figures that refer to the history of the Çırağan Palace and at the same time represent wisdom and longevity and many more magnificent pieces come together.

Corridors in striped styles designed with inspiration from ostentatious Ottoman tents, special headboards adorned with cintemani, tulips and patterned fabrics used in Ottoman art, mother-of-pearl furniture, armchairs inspired by the art of marbling, marble bathrooms referring to the deep-rooted Turkish bath tradition, and such design details containing many-layered stories, perfectly complement the unique nobility of the Çırağan Palace in the redesigned rooms and suites. The top-level suite in the hotel building offers a unique accommodation experience with its unique fabrics, furniture and accessories with fascinating designs, a bathroom with a hammam, a dining room section decorated with a special wallpaper made from an old Bosphorus engraving, and large balconies overlooking the Bosphorus.

The two new restaurants located in the hotel building are appreciated not only for their designs but also for their menus and service styles. Serving in the concept of a chef’s restaurant, Akdeniz by Esra Muslu welcomes taste lovers with its unparalleled theme of Mediterranean cuisine. The blue, white and red furniture upholstery and details in the restaurant come together with giant cubes and elegant vases referenced from Ottoman tiles, reflecting the warmth and vitality of the Mediterranean.

Gazebo, which is one of the most popular taste stops in the city with its flamboyant ambiance, service style and menu, adapts the Ottoman garden art to the present in its new design. The interior of the space, which opens to a wonderful garden overlooking the Bosphorus, also contains natural beauties and takes on the concept of a magnificent palace garden, in accordance with the garden plan created by dividing the gardens into four symmetrical parts in the Ottoman Empire.

Since its opening, the royal-born, Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, continues to be the symbol of luxury combined with legendary Turkish hospitality and impeccable service dedicated to excellence.
