Shweta Aggarwal is the designer of label Shweta Aggarwal, a label redefining ethnic dressing and giving the modern woman across the globe ensembles that truly reflect their individuality.
What is your wellness philosophy?
My wellness philosophy is to be in a positive mind which will lead to a positive body. For me, a healthy mind is important and I strive to live a sustainable life. Keeping a positive mind is always imperative in today's times and I try to encourage my son to adopt the same.
Your success mantra?
My success mantra is passion, perseverance and persistence. If one has the passion, one must follow it all the way through. One must not indulge into wishful thinking, but rather work hard towards one's goal. Nothing in life must discourage you, just believe in yourself.
A lesson you learned from making a mistake?
Well, the lesson learnt is that each mistake brings you closer to your goal. Learn from it and use it as a stepping stone to move ahead.
Any piece of advice for all the women out there?
Irrespective of whatever vocation you choose, 'EXCEL' at it. We are gifted multi-taskers and now more than ever, one develops a strong influential identity of oneself.
What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?
My pride would be that I witnessed and survived 3 Covid waves. I was able to provide continual employment to my staff, labor through my preferred line of couture work through it all. Now we are rising like and doing great business once again!
