Pilates, sleep, and positive thoughts.

Bold vision and working tirelessly to manifest it.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

I make mistakes all the time. My biggest learning is that I learn what I can from each situation, try not to repeat it and never be afraid of making the next one.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Being ambitious is good. Never settle for less.
