What is your wellness philosophy?

Good clean living with everything in moderation. Life is a marathon so pacing yourself is the key.

Your success mantra?

Always be open to learning new things & challenging yourself because the only permanent is change.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

I once grossly underestimated the team/manpower. I had to deconstruct an event which led to chaos post event and landed up costing me a lot. However, I’ve never ever forgotten that since, and in a way it is a good learning lesson. I know from experience however nice things may look on the surface, if they are not properly thought through and planned end to end, it can all unravel pretty quickly.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

ADon’t compromise on your integrity and please don’t play both sides of female issues. If you’re fortunate enough to be in a good situation in life, lend a helping hand to those who are not. Always support those who may not have had access to the opportunities you have. Celebrate that you’re not a man but don’t expect any different treatment because of it. We are all capable humans so don’t rely on your gender for special treatment.
