What is your wellness philosophy?
Wellness is a journey towards a balanced, calm mind and a fit body. My philosophy of wellness stems from consciously taking time out for selfcare.
Your success mantra?
The recipe to success is being passionate about your work, showing perseverance and determination. Hard work always pays off.
A lesson you learned from making a mistake?
It’s alright to make mistakes, for me they are a blessing in disguise. It always adds value, teaches one how to make the most...redefine one’s expectations, refocus, rework, reflect, think positively and make the most of the situation. It gives you clarity of what you like, you don’t and makes you stronger and wise with each experience.
Any piece of advice for all the women out there?
Don’t let others judge you, stay confident & be comfortable in your skin.
What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?
I am proud about the fact that I have the capability to look at both sides of the coin and that always helps me to make the right decision.
