What is your wellness philosophy?
I am a big believer in health and in all areas: mind, body and spirit. When these are aligned, you are your most efficient self.
Your success mantra?
Work hard, adapt fast and be ready to make changes with the changing environment.
A lesson you learned from making a mistake?
The best business lesson I've learnt is to cut your losses when you first start seeing the cracks. Focus on the data and numbers. If a product is not doing well, remove it from the product line before it starts to eat into your sales of your cash cows.
Any piece of advice for all the women out there?
Work on your business, not in it.
