The idea of serving steaming hot sizzlers to suit the Indian palate fascinated him and he resolved to create a variety of sizzlers to tickle the Indian taste buds. Being a Chef himself he used his knowledge of ingredients to create a menu which soon caught the fancy of his clients in India, thus creating his dream into a reality. He began the journey of the super successful Gola Sizzlers from the first outlet established in the exclusive boulevard of Connaught Place, New Delhi in 1988. Soon it was time for the second & the third generation to step in and evolve the brand further.

Today, Chef Shaurya Kapoor has given wings to the brand. He is constantly innovating and evolving the Gola brand by introducing new flavours in his menu while keeping pace with the rapidly changing taste palate of now well traveled Indians.
