Inspired by global trends yet rooted in a distinctly homegrown ethos, the beloved eco-conscious café has ushered in a new era of dining, where conscious living meets life’s little luxuries.

FES Café’s reimagined menu is a tribute to conscious indulgence. Highlights include their signature 100% eggless, 100-gram cookies, freshly baked throughout the day to ensure every bite is warm and irresistibly delicious. Flavours include Walnut Choco Chunk, a classic cookie with a crunchy twist; The Pista-Shew, nutty and indulgent; Dark Chocolate Monster, a rich, chocolatey treat; The Coco-Nutty Vegan, a vegan special bursting with flavour; and Choco Fudge Brownie, the ultimate in chocolate indulgence. Pair these with the Banoffee Cloud Pudding, a creamy dessert layered with banana, toffee, biscuit wafers, and whipped perfection, or their bold, ethically sourced 100% Arabica single estate Indian coffee for a truly satisfying treat.

FES launched its new chapter with Freshly Baked 001, India’s debut DJ Café Day Party. Inspired by wellness-driven café cultures in Los Angeles, Tokyo, and New York, FES brought this international trend to the capital. Day-party cafes and alcohol-free bars have been gaining momentum worldwide, offering vibrant, wellness-centered social experiences. At Freshly Baked 001, guests enjoyed fresh beats by Haneet from Laapata Music, warm cookies straight from the oven, ethically sourced coffee, and an atmosphere that was both energizing and indulgent.
