From April 15th to April 21st, 2024, food aficionados were invited to indulge in an authentic Vietnamese culinary experience curated by the talented chef duo from Hyatt Regency Danang, Vietnam, at Andaz Delhi, Hyatt’s first luxury and lifestyle hotel in India.

This exclusive culinary affair promised to tantalise taste buds with an array of authentic Vietnamese flavours meticulously crafted by Sous Chef Ms. Nguyen Thi Lua and Chef Anh Thi Vo. Drawing inspiration from Vietnam’s rich culinary heritage, the menu showcased a delectable selection of appetisers, main courses, and desserts, each dish reflecting the country’s vibrant culture and diverse palate.

At the heart of the Vietnamese Pop-Up were appetisers like Vietnamese Pancakes, Crispy Seafood Spring Rolls, and Five Spicy Lamb Skewers, offering a tantalising glimpse into the diverse flavours of Vietnamese street food. Moving on to the main course, guests savoured traditional delicacies such as Vietnamese Chicken Bread, Crab Stir, and Vietnamese Coconut Lamb Curry, prepared using authentic ingredients and techniques.
