The morning was an insightful wellness discussion with GlobalSpa WELLFEST, setting the tone for an evening of glamour and conscious celebration. Year after year, the GlobalSpa Fit & Fab sets the tone for the country’s evolving wellness and luxury landscape, and the 2025 edition elevated that benchmark.
GlobalSpa WELLFEST 2025- Insights on Wellness
Hosted at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, the GlobalSpa WELLFEST brought together India’s foremost voices in health and holistic living through three thoughtfully curated sessions.
The first session, Designing a Life of Vitality, featured well-known names in the wellness industry, including Luke Coutinho, Dr Geetika Mittal, Dr Ramon Llamba, Atul Rajani, and Sumaya Dalmia as panellists. They discussed the core pillars of longevity and encouraged guests to build small, sustainable habits for a more purposeful life. The second session, From Burnout to Balance, united Asad Hussain, Dr Sanjay Sachdeva, Kitty Kalra, Neha Lidder, and Dr Blossom Kochhar for a conversation on burnout and the restorative power of mindful movement. The final session, Somatic Intelligence: Listening to the Body’s Signals, brought together Ananyah Rastogi, Nischint Singh, Dr Deepika Krishna, and Dr Rachna Khanna Singh – all experts in mental wellbeing and holistic living – to explore the mind–body connection and the importance of tuning into emotional and physical cues for better wellbeing.
Guests also enjoyed interactive wellness zones, including Ice Facials by ISAAC Luxe, relaxing massages by Sawadhee Traditional Thai Spa and a meditation and self-care zone by Shunya Wellness. As a gesture of gratitude, all panellists were presented with specially curated hampers by Bagrry’s.

The evening honoured some of India’s most inspiring wellness-forward achievers from across art, sport, entertainment, design, and digital influence, including Shalini Passi, Sahil Salathia, Pooja Yadav & Mohammad Kaif, Shivan & Narresh, and Luke Coutinho. Each awardee stood out for their disciplined commitment to fitness, mindful living, and the ability to motivate others—all celebrated amidst a dazzling gathering of wellness enthusiasts, and industry leaders.
A key highlight was a compelling fireside chat helmed by Tech Guru Rajiv Makhni, featuring wellness icons Tripat Singh, Luke Coutinho, and Paralympian Amit Saroha. Their conversation delved into evolving ideas around longevity, functional fitness, mental resilience, and the personal motivations that keep them grounded.
This year’s winners came from diverse worlds, but were united by a single thread: a dedication to a fitness-led, wellness-first lifestyle, and a desire to spark meaningful change. The distinguished jury—Rajiv Makhni (Tech Guru), Nischint Singh (Holistic Health & Wellness Coach), Kitty Karla (Pilates Expert & Wellness Coach), and Parineeta Sethi (Chief Editor, GlobalSpa Magazine—ensured that the country’s most influential wellness advocates were honoured with the coveted GlobalSpa Fit & Fab title.
