Phad Thai

 

These are stir-fried noodle dish with basic ingredients of rice-noodle, egg, soy bean, palm sugar, tofu, tamarind pulp, fish sauce, and red chili pepper. The ingredients are sautéed together in a wok and tossed in pad thai sauce. A popular street dish which you can find at ease.

 

Papaya Salad- Som tam

 

A popular Thai dish is full of fresh vegetables and especially green papaya salad. It has raw Thai salad often made of shredded unripe papaya, sliced tomatoes, raw beans, peanuts, dried mini shrimp, and fresh garlic. To complete the dish, a sweet, salty, tangy sauce made of sugar, lime juice, and fish sauce is added.

This dish is made with different-different flavours but is significantly known for its hot and sour flavours, with fragrant spices and herbs generously used in a broth. The flavors of lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, fresh Thai chilies, and fresh lime juice, combines to create a healthy and soothing broth to tangle your taste buds.
