Some important points have been discussed in brief as below:

ON ENTRY

  • All visitors are customers are required to wear a mask
  • It’s mandatory to get checked the body temperature
  • The oxygen level of the visitors will be checked with an oximeter
  • Visitors and customers will not be allowed inside if found in poor health
  • Prior appointment is mandatory for visiting the spa

WAITING AT THE LOUNGE

  • Designated seating spaces for guests in accord with the social distance norms
  • Arrive in staggered timings at the lounge and maintain social distance

DISINFECTION OF WORKPLACE UPON RE-OPENING

  • Workstations will not be shared unless sanitized between use

  • Sterilization and sanitization of non-disposable items like scissors, comb, table, chair along with skin and hair care products like bottles of cream, oil and other equipment at the spa in frequent intervals are compulsory
  • All client use items in spa room will be disposable. The kit will include a towel, bathrobe, disposable slippers and face towel
  • The customer has to take a shower before starting the treatment
  • Headsets, telephones and desks including; keyboard, mouse, laptops and stationary will be sanitized before the start of each shift and at the end of each shift

PROTOCOLS TO BE FOLLOWED WHILE YOU ARE AT THE SPA

  • Ensure social distance at the spa and avoid group sitting
  • Keep frequent touchpoints disinfected, such as door handles, phones, switch points of fans and lights, tables, chairs and other general equipment
  • Ensure frequent cleaning of the spa with clinically approved disinfectants
  • Ensure that all the housekeeping staff in the pantry wears masks and gloves
  • Do not use common water glasses, tea, or coffee cups and always use only personal items
  • Crowding at reception, pantry and washrooms should be avoided
  • Avoid getting fruits, raw food, or cold food that may have bacteria and can spread infection
  • Wash your hands properly in between treatments and services before and after meals
  • Avoid contractors visiting spa rooms and waiting areas.
