Jiva Spa, the flagship wellness brand from Taj celebrates its first anniversary post the relaunch at the iconic Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Keeping in mind the growing trend and focus on holistic wellbeing, the spa aims to introduce many unique wellness offerings drawing on the rich and ancient heritage of India. 

On this special occasion, Jiva Spa has introduced Wellness itineraries for their guests to help detox, unwind and relax. The offerings range from a single day curated programme, based on an individual’s health requirement or a staycation which would include guided meditations, pranayamas, Pilates along with spa treatments and Health food. 

In a total revamp, Jiva Spa also brings in judicious blend of sheers, water and light to create the right ambiance and facilitate a holistic healing experience. Situated amidst the serene calm by the pool terrace, the spa has been thoughtfully designed by the globally renowned Rockwell Group. It offers a host of bespoke signature wellness therapies such as the Dead Sea Soak (the magnesium flotation tank) and the Traditional Hammam Bath for the first time in Mumbai. Each treatment and experience have been carefully selected and curated to initiate physical, mental and spiritual equilibrium. The spa consists of the magnesium soak pod, a hammam, one couple massage suite with an opulent soak tub, five single treatment pool facing rooms with individual experiential showers & steam, along with a relaxation lounge, where guests can relax and unwind after the treatment.
