Hyderabad's 8 Wellness Addresses Worth Knowing

Hyderabad has ice baths, hillside retreats and doctor-led clinics, all proving that taking care of yourself deserves just as much effort as everything else you chase.

Hyderabad used to treat wellness as a side note, something squeezed in between work and errands. Not anymore. Across the city, a fresh set of studios, resorts and health clinics are turning rest into something worth planning your week around. Some lean into science, others into stillness, but all of them are proof that the city finally has a wellness scene worth talking about.

Here are the 8 places leading the way-

1. The Wellness Co.

Situated in Banjara Hills and Gachibowli, The Wellness Co. feels more like a science lab than a spa, and that's the point. Think whole-body cryotherapy (a cold technique which uses extreme cold to repair tissues), oxygen chambers, red light therapy and IV drips, all aimed at quick, visible results. It's built for people who want their recovery to be efficient, not leisurely.

2. PMX Health

Spread across two floors and 6,000 square feet in Jubilee Hills, PMX Health calls itself India's first physician-led longevity centre. Every member starts with detailed biomarker testing before moving into a plan built around nutrition, fitness and therapies like HBOT, red light and IV infusions. It sells data and science, but the space itself feels calm, not clinical.

3. Adika Wellness Studio

Started by former gymnast Neelam Mangat back in 2016, Adika has spread across Alwal, Jubilee Hills and Kompally, and it feels warm rather than clinical. Expect yoga, Pilates and aerial classes, an organic café, and the odd full-moon ceremony thrown in for good measure. It feels less like a studio and more like a community you happen to sweat with.

4. Tattva Wellness Spa

Tattva keeps things classic, with branches inside Le Méridien, Lemon Tree and the Marriott. Ayurvedic potli massages sit next to Swedish and deep tissue options, along with quick express treatments and bridal packages. It doesn't try to reinvent the spa; it just does the basics really, really well.

5. K?r Klub

Set in Jubilee Hills, K?r Klub feels more like a social club than a gym. Three friends built it around Pilates and Barre classes that focus on breath and control, plus recovery rituals and a café where people just hang around after class. It's wellness with an Instagram-worthy edge, but the substance is there too.

6. Studio Ananta

Studio Ananta, in Khajaguda, calls itself a "curated fitness and recovery experience," and the space backs that up: a sun-filled yoga room, a sleek Pilates studio, and recovery zones with plunge pools and saunas. Yoga, aerial yoga, Barre, Pilates, meditation, it's all here, wrapped in a design that feels as calming as the workouts.

7. Kyra Wellness Resort

If you want to leave the city entirely, Kyra sits below Sanghi Temple, about an hour away. It's a boutique retreat offering Ayurveda, yoga, meditation and detox packages, and it sticks firmly to a no-alcohol, no-meat rule, which only adds to its sanctuary-like feel. Private villas and eco-lodges make it easy to stay a while.

8. Tr? Wellness

About 75 kilometres away in Vikarabad, Tr? Wellness is Hyderabad's version of a proper wellness holiday, minus the flight. Run by Trance Hotels, it focuses on naturopathy, weight management and stress relief, with meditation, hydrotherapy and doctor-guided detox plans built around the idea of mind, body and spirit working together.

Whether it's a cryo chamber in Gachibowli or a silent retreat tucked into the hills of Vikarabad, Hyderabad's wellness spots have one thing in common: they don't ask you to choose between looking good and feeling good. That's really the shift here. And if this list is anything to go by, Hyderabad is just getting started.
