Dhun Wellness introduces Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training (IHHT), an advanced, science-backed therapy designed to support cellular renewal, optimise recovery, and enhance long-term longevity. IHHT operates through carefully calibrated cycles of low oxygen (hypoxia) and high oxygen (hyperoxia), encouraging the body to adapt, repair, and rebuild. These controlled fluctuations stimulate key physiological responses that enhance mitochondrial function, boost energy levels, support metabolic balance, and improve overall vitality. Each session is carefully monitored, with oxygen levels dynamically adjusted in real time to ensure both safety and efficacy. The experience is effortless and calming and you relax as the body undergoes cycles of oxygen variation, allowing deep, cellular-level repair to take place. The therapy also aligns with Dhun Wellness’ foundational philosophy, which bridges ancient healing traditions with modern scientific advancements.
