The Oberoi Gurgaon Introduces New Plant-Based Menu

As part of the Hotel’s ongoing efforts to become more responsible towards the planet, The Oberoi, Gurgaon’s Executive Chef Manish Sharma has created a responsibly-sourced, plant-based menu exclusive to threesixtyoneº – The Oberoi’s own suave dining space.

Exemplifying a cultural shift towards plant-based intelligence, the all-new plant-based menu highlights high vibration foods that balance deliciousness, wellness, and a responsibility towards their personal and planetary ecosystems.

Introduced at threesixtyoneº serving award-winning world cuisine, the restaurant provides an elegant all day dining space for the ultimate al fresco fine dining experience. Japanese, Chinese, Italian and Indian cuisines are handcrafted by Oberoi chefs in their show kitchens, for your dining entertainment.

The new plant-based menu includes shiitake mushroom and truffle sushi, Tangra style chilli chicken, pizza Margherita, mini burger, traditional laal maas, and bitter chocolate and almond milk mousse. Every dish is cooked using fresh, seasonal produce that is procured every morning from certified suppliers who choose crops well-suited to their local growing conditions.

“We are noticing more and more guests opting for vegan options not only for their health benefits but as a sense of responsibility towards the planet,” says Chef Manish Sharma, “Look after yourself with foods that are guaranteed to make you feel good inside and out.”
