What to Look Forward to at the Wellness Festival Singapore 2023

Starting in mid-June, the second edition of the Wellness Festival Singapore invites locals and tourists for an immersive wellness experience.

The Wellness Festival Singapore has been organised by Singapore Tourism Board (STB) by partnering with collaborators like Enterprise Singapore, Health Promotion Board, National Arts Council, Sentosa Development Corporation, and Sport Singapore.

Expect popular highlights like Wellness Sensorium and Zentosa Fest, along with a diverse range of engaging activities this year. Have a look at what the festival holds for you.

Gallery Wellness Festival

Experience art and wellness at the National Gallery Singapore, where a unique blend of culture, movement, and self-care awaits you. The museum will offer workshops and tours to enhance the well-being of the participants and enable them to explore the art collection.

Don’t miss the Somatic Movement Series featuring qigong inspired by Chinese ink paintings, and traditional Malay silat with live drum beats. Relax at the Hush Silent Tea Bar, served by hearing-impaired “tea-ristas”.

Create Ideal Fragrance Blends

The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore offers guests a stay package with a complimentary 90-minute scent-crafting workshop by The Intan Peranakan Home Museum.

Participants can create their own fragrance blends, guided by Peranakan culture. The workshop is part of a wellness package and uses high-quality, organic essential oils like lemongrass and sandalwood, sourced sustainably to protect local ecosystems. These practices combine green initiatives with holistic wellness.

Wellness at Jewel Changi Airport

Jewel Changi Airport, since its opening in October 2019, draws 300,000 visitors daily to its 10-storey center with dining, retail, and nature attractions.

The upcoming three-week Wellness Festival offers diverse fitness classes like barre, rhythm cycling, and Zumba, led by trained instructors.

For a gentler experience, participants can enjoy activities like forest bathing at Canopy Park, enhancing mental and emotional well-being in the heart of this vibrant lifestyle destination.

Wellness Experience Spa

Marina Bay Sands will host a multisensory pop-up at the Wellness Festival Singapore. This immersive wellness experience will include six diverse zones like ASMR Wonderland and Sound Bath Jamming, featuring interactive installations, masterclasses, and workshops promoting holistic wellness.

Activities range from cacao-drinking ceremonies to laughter yoga and art therapy, accompanied by workout sessions and thematic live DJ sets.

Reflective Mangrove Rambling

Experience the wild side of Singapore with a night walk through its vast mangrove forests. This is a family-friendly activity which will be led by expert guides. Discover amphibians, nocturnal invertebrates, horseshoe crabs, vinegar crabs, mudskippers, and water snakes—albeit from a distance.

Immerse yourself in nature’s symphony, putting away distractions to appreciate the local biodiversity. This activity invites you to slow down, engage your senses, and enjoy the thriving ecosystem.

Zentosa LiveWELL Fest 2023

Sentosa, Singapore’s island resort, invites visitors of all ages to a wellness-focused festival. Join mass workout sessions like yoga, silent kickboxing, and barre against a beautiful bayfront backdrop at the Festival Village.

Explore the island’s coastal history on a ticketed 5km Discovery Walk with Korean martial artist Choo Sung-hoon. A journey to mental and emotional well-being through transformative art and poetry installations in Fort Siloso’s tunnels.

During the festival, you can take part in popular fitness classes, therapeutic walks, and healthier dining options across Sentosa Island. Connect with yourself and loved ones through engaging activities suitable for all ages.
