To showcase this remarkable culinary odyssey, Audi invited guests to take them on a culinary journey at Naar by Prateek Sadhu. Curated by GlobalSpa, the Audi Experience x Club Rewards Drive Culinary event unfolded over two days, on the 7th October & 8th October where Chef Prateek Sadhu graciously opened the doors to Naar for the very first time, exclusively for Audi, marking an unforgettable evening.

Naar is situated within the premises of Amaya, a boutique hotel embracing sustainability and minimalism. Located just under two hours from Chandigarh airport, the pastoral road over rolling hills and forest cover that shades your car windows decompressed and relaxed the guests in their Audis while driving to Amaya.

Upon reaching the property, the guests were ready to explore everything from design to cuisine, nature to culture, and beyond. After a hearty lunch and a few leisurely moments by the pool overlooking the sunset, the time had finally come to prepare for the eagerly anticipated evening at Naar.

The night began with everyone gathered at the saloon, nestled amidst the embrace of nature and sheltered by ancient trees. It stood under the vast canopy of stars, perched on a cliff that offered a breathtaking view of the town lights as they twinkled below.

Guests mingled with one another while savouring drinks and delectable Hors d’oeuvres. The host of the night, none other than the celebrated chef Prateek Sadhu himself, graced the gathering and extended a warm welcome to all in. Within the inviting confines of the saloon, conversations flowed freely, both indoors and outdoors, where a crackling bonfire added to the cosy ambiance.

The skilled bartender served a range of intriguing concoctions, some of which featured ingredients sourced and grown within the area, adding a distinctive farm-to-table touch. For instance, the ‘Picante’ cocktail boasted a delightful hint of pickled chilli, grown & sourced right on the premises.

Soon the guests entered Naar where they were greeted by the warm flicker of candlelight illuminating their tables. The restaurant’s open kitchen served as a theatre of culinary craftsmanship.

The air buzzed with the energy of Team Naar, where each member was dedicated to crafting dishes to perfection, and had sourced every ingredient meticulously, drawing inspiration from the majestic Himalayas.

The culinary journey that followed was nothing short of extraordinary, featuring a medley of intriguing and mouthwatering creations. Among them, the Cured Trout, a symphony of smoked fish and crisp romaine lettuce; the Chutagi, a flavorful blend of minced chicken infused with tomato and chili; the Lamb Neck, served with fragrant Mushkbudij Rice and smoky tomato; and the Pine Nut, a sweet denouement featuring pine ice cream and luscious pine honey.

Throughout the night, the ambiance hummed with laughter, heartwarming conversations, and the creation of cherished memories. Here, because of the unparalleled dedication of Chef Prateek Sadhu, the food and drinks flowed from the heart, forging a truly unforgettable experience.

The next day, following breakfast, the moment had arrived to say goodbye and pack all the memories of nature’s embrace, sustainability, aesthetically pleasing minimalistic decor, and most importantly, the delightful culinary experiences that unfolded over the weekend. The Audi Experience x Club Rewards Drive experienced a destination dining experience with consciously crafted delicacies.
